Develop and implement maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability (predictive, preventive, systematic replacement, modification, etc.);
Follow up on maintenance requests made by the production staff, follow up on verifications and planned corrective actions;
Manufacture parts required for the repair, maintenance or assembly of machines using machining and welding tools;
Participate in the development of projects for the continuous improvement of the plant;
Carry out preventive maintenance programs according to established standards;
Conduct tests on electrical and mechanical equipment and components to ensure proper operation and repair;
Performs all other duties related to the job.

Skills We Are Looking For
Have a Diploma of college studies (DEP) in electromechanics of automated systems or a Diploma of college studies (DEC) in industrial maintenance or a combination of training and experience deemed relevant;
Have a minimum of 4000 hours of work recognized in an apprentice’s logbook (asset);
What We Offer
1 Day shift Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm
