Job Summary and Main Responsabilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability (predictive, preventive, systematic replacement, modification, etc.);
- Follow up on maintenance requests made by the production staff, follow up on verifications and planned corrective actions;
- Manufacture parts required for the repair, maintenance or assembly of machines using machining and welding tools;
- Participate in the development of projects for the continuous improvement of the plant;
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs according to established standards;
- Conduct tests on electrical and mechanical equipment and components to ensure proper operation and repair;
- Performs all other duties related to the job.

- Ability to understand the operation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;

Skills We Are Looking For
- Have a Diploma of college studies (DEP) in electromechanics of automated systems or a Diploma of college studies (DEC) in industrial maintenance or a combination of training and experience deemed relevant;
- Have a minimum of 4000 hours of work recognized in an apprentice’s logbook (asset);
