Job Summary and Main Responsabilities

  • Analyze the stages of the manufacturing processes in order to fully understand and respect customer needs.
  • Prepare and send submissions to clients.
  • Prepare the documentation required for putting the product into production, according to the quality standards in place.
  • Represent and actively contribute to achieving the objectives of ISE Métal Inc. in terms of safety, quality, compliance with deadlines and compliance with costs.
  • Conclude with the customer, for each order, a written, clear and complete technical agreement, describing the products to be supplied, which will allow production to be released.
  • Coordinate the activities of internal and external partners and always ensure the communication required for the effective completion of projects.
  • Participate in the processing of customer complaints related to the products delivered.
  • Participate in projects to improve working methods, processes and products, in line with new needs expressed and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with staff from different departments.

  • Excellent ability to manage priorities and demonstrate organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great learning ability.
  • Autonomous in his duties and able to operate with minimal supervision.

Skills We Are Looking For

  • Technical in mechanical engineering (DEC) with 3-5 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Essential bilingualism (spoken and written).
  • Excellent mastery of reading mechanical plans.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office software, particularly MS-Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of CAD drawing software, SolidWorks (asset).
