Job Summary and Main Responsabilities

  • Ensure the application of the collective agreement and OHS regulations while contributing to the maintenance of good working relations;
  •  Evaluation of production employees in collaboration with the human resources department;
  • Maintains discipline and monitors the interpretation and application of company regulations;
  • Controls staff overtime and all absences;
  • Controls time management and production functions;
  • Forwards all correspondence intended for employee files to the human resources department;
  • Coordinate all departmental activities in order to obtain maximum efficiency and productivity;
  • Monitor daily developments of production activities by project;
  • Ensures production and delivery deadlines are respected;
  • Provides suggestions to the general manager for improving production quality standards;
  • Controls the performance of each production department and ensures that the level of quality in production is optimal;
  • Keeps up to date with technical progress and actively participates in improving products and manufacturing processes;
  • Participates in production meetings, the labor relations committee and the health and safety committee;
  • Participates in continuous improvement projects.

  • 5 years of experience in similar functions in an industrial environment.
