Job Summary and Main Responsibilities
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating production autonomously and making the necessary adjustments to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Use metrology tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.);
- Perform dimensional inspections according to the part being manufactured;
- Deburr parts;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times;
- Operate a forklift and use an overhead crane;
- Work closely with members of various departments;
- Perform all tasks safely and in accordance with established procedures;
- Comply with ISO procedures and processes;
- Perform any other related duties.

Skills We Are Looking For
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of the French language (spoken and written);
- Basic math skills;
- Good physical ability.
What We Offer
- Work location: 4065 Boulevard de Portland;
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., including a 30-minute unpaid meal break;
- Hourly wage: Rate to be discussed based on experience, plus a 10% evening premium on the hourly rate;
- Two (2) weeks of vacation;
- Seven (7) paid working days during the holiday shutdown period;
