Job Summary and Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Project Managers Coordinator, you act as the key link between Fontaine Aquanox and its clients. You coordinate all project activities under your responsibility to ensure they are completed efficiently, on schedule, and most importantly, to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams, up to product shipment and delivery of all project deliverables
  • Represent and actively contribute to achieving Fontaine-Aquanox’s objectives in terms of safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control
  • Establish clear and comprehensive written technical agreements with clients for each order, enabling production release
  • Manage contract changes by negotiating revised pricing agreements that meet client requirements and expected margins
  • Coordinate activities between internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Perform basic design and calculations for the sizing of structural components on certain projects
  • Identify project-specific raw materials and ensure timely procurement
  • Receive and coordinate the handling of customer complaints related to delivered products
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to tools, processes, and products
  • Work closely with team members across various departments

Note:
Client communication is primarily written and often conducted in English, as most projects are outside Quebec. Templates and translation tools are available to support communication quality.

Skills We Are Looking For

  • DEC in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong ability to read construction, mechanical, and civil plans
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
