Job Summary and Main Responsabilities

  • Perform various cleaning, sanding, deburring, straightening, polishing and checking tasks.
  • Assemble parts to finished products.
  • Proceed with product quality control before sending to customers.
  • Package at the end of the presses to put in boxes.
  • Inspect products.
  • Assemble boxes and fill them.
  • Assist with shipping for pallet wrapping.
  • Use various accessory processes such as the washer, vibrator, rotating drum, spot welder, drill press, or any other accessory process*.
  • Drive a forklift and use an overhead crane as needed.
  • Perform all tasks safely and according to existing procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of your workspace.
  • Perform any other related task.

The mandate requires compliance with ISO procedures and processes.

* The Production Laborer is not authorized to operate the stamping presses, the CNC laser, the CNC press brake or the broaching machine.

Skills We Are Looking For

• High school diploma
• Be independent and able to take initiative to optimize performance.
• Frequently move around, bend over and stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of imperial and metric measurements and conversions – an asset
• Valid forklift license – an asset

• Day shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Summer schedule from June to September to work 4 ½ days.
